The king studio suite was spacious and had a fully equipped kitchenette, made my christmas party planning easy. The breakfast was surprisingly good with hot options and plenty of choices.

Appreciated the place, had a really great stay on vacation. I had reasonably priced room with couch and kitchenette. The location was convenient, a 10-15 minute walk from Interstate Center. Ride to the airport takes about 15 minutes.

Facilities were great, but Wi-Fi connection was slow.

Good location next to the highway, easy access, plenty of parking spaces. Room very quiet and very large. Comfortable beds.

Not clean under air condition (there was dust and dung), but otherwise everything is fine.

Everything was great, with pleasant and welcoming staff, met my needs. Had huge and big size room with the refrigerator, and I couldn't ask for more. The bar was cozy and food they serve is nice.

The kids had a blast at the pool, and the room's cleanliness and modern decor made for a wonderful family stay.

It was dirty, there were bugs in the bathroom, it obviously had not been dusted for a very long time. We set the airconditioner on 60 and it still was very warm in our room. The mattresses are worn out as well as the pillows. We will never stay at this hotel on our travels to Chicago again.

Friendly staff, clean, cheap

We had an awesome getaway with friends! We visited the local parks and enjoyed some shopping nearby. The rooms were comfortable, and the location was perfect for our plans. Just a heads-up, breakfast was the same each day, but overall, a great stay!

The pool area could use some improvement. It was pretty cloudy and didn't look inviting. We didn't end up using it.

I liked having a couch in the room, and the hot breakfast was nice.

The shower curtain rod was hanging loosely, and was poorly repaired. It looked like someone just threw some spackle on the wall. It could be considered a safety hazard. The bathroom floor was also badly cracked. The light switches by the door did not turn anything on. Also, the hotel had me booked for 2 rooms instead of one. I'm hoping that I don't get charged a cancellation fee for the 1 room.

The breakfast was surprisingly good, a lot of choices to choose from. The pool was decent enough, great for just relaxing.

It wasn't cheap but still acceptable.

Bobby the receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

First off there was no information in the room about where ice machine was located. The beds were concaved and the couch was hard and not comfortable. The breakfastwbreakfastwas lacking and not very well mainyained by staff. Some yogurts were expired. The overall feel for the hotel was wornout & tired and not cared for. Cheap beat up furniture and carpet for a not cheap price hotel!!

Large and very comfortable room. Very clean. Excellent value for money.
